Stonemar Properties is a vertically-integrated real estate investment and property management firm founded in 2003 and headquartered in New York City. Our current portfolio is comprised of nearly 1.5 million square feet of well-located, high-potential real estate.

Since the company's inception, our joint venture partners have included public and private companies such as Apollo Global Management, American Realty Advisors, Kimco Realty Corporation, The Hampshire Companies, and Eightfold Real Estate Capital. We have acquired, managed, and advised on more than $13 billion of real estate-related transactions throughout our careers and collectively have more than 100 years of experience in all facets of real estate investment and management.

We acquire and manage high-quality mixed-use, retail, office, and multifamily properties located in leading primary and secondary markets throughout the United States. We primarily focus on well-located real estate that requires leasing, repositioning, capital improvements, and/or redevelopment initiatives to achieve stabilization and maximize value creation.

We invest our own capital alongside our joint venture partners and we support our investment activities with in-house property management, leasing, legal, accounting, and tenant and investor relations services.
