The Company’s senior executives, who invest their own capital alongside their equity partners, have acquired, managed, and advised on more than $12 billion of real estate-related transactions throughout their careers, and out management team has more than 100 years of institutional experience in all facets of real estate investment and management.

Stonemar acquires and manages institutional-quality retail and mixed-use real estate located in leading primary and secondary markets throughout the United States that require leasing, repositioning, capital improvement, and/or redevelopment initiatives to achieve stabilization and maximize value creation. We support our investment activities with in-house property management, leasing, legal, accounting, along with our tenant and investor relations services.
