Jonathan Gould is the Managing Member of Stonemar Properties and a co-founder of Stonemar Partners, the company's investment affiliate and Stonemar Management, the company's property management affiliate.

Mr. Gould is involved in all phases of the company’s development since its inception in 2003 and is responsible for all corporate decisions. Further, he leads the property management and leasing initiatives while also sourcing acquisition opportunities.

Mr. Gould has acquired more than $3 billion of real property during his 40-year career. Further, he has managed more than $100 million of construction, redevelopment, and capital improvement projects and negotiated hundreds of leases. Mr. Gould also has participated in a variety of complex land assemblages and several office and residential development projects in New York City. 

Of note, Mr. Gould spearheaded the largest US retail transaction of 2003 when he partnered with two institutional investors and acquired Prime Retail, Inc. (NASDAQ: PMRE) for $638,000,000 the second largest publicly-traded outlet REIT with a 10 million square foot portfolio across 36 outlet centers that was sold in 2010 to the Simon Property Group (NYSE:SPG) for $2,200,000,000. 

From 1998 to 2001, Gould was Senior Vice President of Acquistions at SL Green Realty Corporation (NYSE: SLG), the #1 Performing US Office REIT. Gould was responsible for the REIT’s acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of more than $1.5BB commercial office properties.

From 1988 to 1998, Mr. Gould was a partner and Executive Vice President in charge of acquisitions and real estate at Icon Parking Systems, New York City”s largest privately- owned parking operator. During his tenure, he led the company through its principle expansion period growing its portfolio of parking assets from 52 to 115 locations. He also assisted in transforming ICON into the New York City’s largest private owner of parking facilities as he positioned it for an eventual $375 million recapitalization with the Whitehall Fund, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs. 

Mr. Gould earned a B.A. from the Boston University School of Management and a J.D. from New York Law School. He is a member of the New York Bar and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Greg Guido

Greg Guido is a Co-Managing Member and Co-Founder of Stonemar Partners, the company's investment affiliate, and Stonemar Management, the company's property management affiliate.

Mr. Guido is jointly responsible for all corporate and strategic decisions, and for growing and managing the company's property portfolio. Additionally, he jointly sources, analyzes, values, structures, negotiates, and closes new investments and develops and manages all equity and debt relationships.   

Mr. Guido has acquired and advised on more than $10 billion of real property during his 20-year career. Prior to Stonemar, he specialized in acquisitions for Antares Investment Partners, The Praedium Group, and Liquid Realty Partners. Mr. Guido also consulted on acquisition, development, repositioning, and portfolio-valuation projects for Cerberus Capital Management, Centro Properties Group US (now Brixmor Property Group), General Electric, and Argent Ventures. 

Additionally, Mr. Guido was a Board Member of Whiterock Real Estate Investment Trust (TSE: WRK.UN) from the company’s inception in 2005 through its $1.4 billion sale in 2012. Whiterock was a Toronto-based company publicly-traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange that owned and managed nearly 11 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial assets throughout Canada and the United States. Mr. Guido was a member of the REIT’s Investment, Audit, and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees. He was also an elected member of the Special Committee responsible for analyzing and assisting in the negotiation of the REIT's $1.4 billion sale to Dundee Real Estate Investment Trust (TSE: D.UN) in March 2012.

Mr. Guido began his career in investment banking, specializing in mergers and acquisitions at SBC Warburg. He then spent several years in leveraged finance focusing on the energy sector at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse.

Mr. Guido earned a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Melinda Schneider is General Counsel at Stonemar Properties. During her career, Ms. Schneider has been involved in more than $750 million of real estate-related transactions, specializing in contract negotiation, leasing, and due diligence.

Prior to joining Stonemar, Ms. Schneider was a practicing corporate attorney with the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. During her tenure, she participated in more than $250 million of transactions, including a $150 million financing for Rohr, Inc. with Salomon Brothers. Specifically, she worked in the litigation and corporate departments in both the San Diego, CA and New York, NY offices and focused on contract negotiations, 10-K and 10-Q public filings, blue-sky law reviews, initial public offerings, and debt financings.

Previously, Ms. Schneider was a partner, executive officer, and member of the Board of Directors of Technology Education Network, Inc. (“TEN-TV”), a 100-employee satellite network serving corporations and government agencies. In 2001, TEN-TV was acquired by Loudeye, Inc., a leading provider of business-to-business digital media services.

Ms. Schneider earned a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California at Davis and received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She was admitted to the California Bar in 1992.

David Hill regularly represents Stonemar Properties regarding leasing, construction, acquisition, financing and sale-related matters. He is a member of Barnes & Thornburg’s Real Estate Department in Grand Rapids, MI and has acted as counsel in hundreds of real estate and lending-related matters, particularly in the negotiation and closing of lease and purchase and sale transactions for property owners as well as retail, office, multifamily, and medical clients.

Mr. Hill has been recognized on the Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Stars list since 2012. He was also named in 2014 on both the Grand Rapids Business Journal Forty Under 40 list and the Michigan Lawyers Weekly Up & Coming Lawyers List. 

After graduating magna cum laude from Michigan State University with a B.A., Mr. Hill earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School. While attending Wayne State, he was a member of the Order of the Coif and an editor of The Wayne Law Review.

Mr. Hill is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is admitted to the Michigan Bar.
